What do you believe to be signs of Inflammation? Inflammation is a natural reaction to injury or infection. Things that can trigger inflammation can include a diet high in Omega 6 fatty acids, exposure to environmental toxins, trauma, free radical damage, bacteria, fungal or viral infections. It is common for my clients to not connect the inflammation symptoms to possibly nutrition support. Some clients do not even recognize symptoms as being chronic Inflammation concerns.
