On Social media you can find Sue’s artistic creations and journaling techniques. What you might not know is that Sue is a Certified Nutrition Practitioner. After working 20 years in photojournalism and as an entrepreneur, Sue has experienced adrenaline burn out, nutrition and diet challenges and menopause symptoms.  In 2017 she graduated with honours from the Ottawa campus of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition . She has since worked with hundreds of clients to support them through their wellness challenges. During our world wide lock downs, Sue rediscovered her passion for art and started benefitting from the therapeutic practice of journaling. Sue encourages adding journaling as an incredible piece to a holistic approach to health & wellness.
